Chair of the Board
As one of the founding members of the TasiFest Foundation, I aim to lead with a vision that brings together sustainability, culture, and innovation.
I believe in the power of the TasiFest Foundation to inspire and connect people — through the festival and initiatives that celebrate the ocean, creativity, and the identity of Timor-Leste. My focus is to ensure that the Foundation achieves its goals with integrity, collaboration, and real impact, turning ideas into actions that strengthen communities and promote a more sustainable future.
Tatiana Simões
Vice-Chair of the Board
As an event production professional, my mission is to drive initiatives that support artistic, cultural and environmental development in Timor-Leste. I aim to honour local traditions and protect marine ecosystems through projects that highlight youth, the ocean, identity and creativity, combining artistic expression, environmental awareness and social inclusion.
Griselda Carlos M. Caldeira Pereira
Board Member
As a member of the TasiFest Fundation, my goal is to support the empowerment of young people and emerging artists to discover their voice and develop their talent with purpose. I advocate for sustainability awareness and believe that through art we can preserve culture, promote innovation, and create positive impact.
Together with the co-founders, I aim to help build bridges between talent and opportunity, tradition and progress — inspiring a new generation of Timorese creators to turn their potential into real-world impact.

As a member of the TasiFest Foundation, my goal is to ensure sound and efficient financial management that allows us to carry out the activity plan and expand the Foundation’s cultural and social impact. I believe in sustainable and strategic management, where every resource is applied responsibly, generating real opportunities for artists and communities and strengthening the trust, transparency, and positive impact of TasiFest.
Francisco Alberto Gomes

As an artist, my goal is to create an independent and sustainable space where music can grow without limits. By being part of the Tasifest Foundation, I want to contribute to building an ecosystem that allows local artists to express themselves, collaborate, and distribute their work with complete control over their identity and creative direction. Through this approach, I hope to further contribute to strengthening a more authentic, inclusive, and collaborative music industry.

I am part of the Tasifest Foundation with the goal of contributing to defining the voice and visibility of our initiatives—creating clear and engaging narratives that connect our mission to different audiences. From digital content and public relations to creative campaigns, I ensure our message resonates authentically across all platforms. With experience in branding and media strategy, I seek to unite art and communication to strengthen the foundation’s presence and inspire greater community engagement.
